Delivery Policy
While we do not offer standard courier shipping (e.g., Canada Post or UPS), we provide professional local delivery services for our customers across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley.

We currently offer delivery for items purchased in-store from Vancouver to Hope.

Delivery Logistics & Drop-Off
To keep our operations efficient and our drivers safe, we adhere to a "Tailgate Delivery" policy:

Placement: Items will be delivered to a flat, accessible surface (driveways, carports, or garages) within 5 feet of the back of the truck.

Restrictions: Our drivers are not permitted to move materials into backyards, up stairs, or inside residential living spaces.

Clearance: Please ensure the delivery area is clear of vehicles or debris before our arrival.
Customer Requirements

Receiving: A recipient must be present at the time of delivery to inspect the items and sign for the order.

Heavy Lifting: For oversized or heavy items (such as large appliances, bundles of lumber, or masonry), the customer is required to provide at least one able-bodied person to assist our driver with unloading.

Rates & Scheduling
Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and the size of the load. Please speak with a team member at the time of purchase to get a quote and find the next available delivery slot in your area.
